That's why we source our soy sauce and miso from AMANO FOODS, a company that has been supporting Japanese food culture in Vancouver for a long time.

UMAMI is definitely the key! Our traditional seasonings, including miso, soy sauce, and shio koji, have been used in Japan since ancient times to add depth and richness to dishes. We also use dried shiitake mushrooms, which are highly nutritious and packed with umami flavor. With these high-quality ingredients, we're able to create a chili sauce that is full of flavor.
